Craig came and installed an air-conditioning unit for me today. He was very quick and efficient and super professional. Showed me how to use the unit. Explained to me everything he had done and just did overall a wonderful job. I definitely will be calling them again! Thank you guys so much!

Jason and Imer did an amazing job installing a new boiler system. The two were very thorough, and put in 20 hours between the two days of installation without hesitation. I’d 110% ask for the two of them to do any installation if need be. As far as country suburban as a company, they did right by me when I wasn’t prepared for the expense. I’d highly recommend them!

Stopped by the Home Show in Utica earlier this year and talked to Harry about possibly looking at mini-splits or other options for my house. During his estimate visit, we talked about numerous options, and opted to have the furnace replaced based on age and poor duct design during original owners tenure. Long story short, we settled on a price,and shook hands. Jason and his crew (Sorry guys - I forgot everyone’s name😪) showed up and began the install process. The entire crew was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. As a tradesman myself, I can appreciate good work done by good workers. This is my third time dealing with Country Suburban for pretty major stuff in three years, and every time has been a pleasant experience. They have earned a repeat customer for life.

Craig was very professional. He installed our Air Conditioner with ease, he checked the air conditioner to make sure it works, he put foam trimming and tape. He also was very polite and took time to explain to my husband how it works. I'd like to thank Country Suburban for caring for taking care of people and for keeping our apartment nice and cool for the summer months and more. GREAT JOB!!! They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue fast, and were able to replace the furnace and get the heat back on without any hassle. Professional, efficient, and very fairly priced. I highly recommend Country Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning. I’ve used them for several projects, including a gas fireplace insert installation, and a mini-split system—and every experience has been excellent. Their team is extremely friendly, professional, and respectful of your home. They took great care to keep everything clean and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. The quality of their work is top-notch—the gas fireplace insert they installed is high-end, looks great and works fantastic. Country Suburban installed a brand new state of the art HVAC system in my newly renovated home. It was a massive job and included furnace work and all new baseboards as well. They also did all of the spray foam insulation for the house which was also a big job. Jason, Nick , Harry and Harry Jr. all take a lot of pride in what they do and are true experts in their field. The service was always excellent and Country Suburban stands by their work and their word. Excellent work. I highly recommend this company for all hvac, furnace, insulation and all things heating and air conditioning. Prices are reasonable as well. Thanks again!

Wonderful experience working with this company. From the initial service call, to the final repair, very pleased. Above all, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to our technician Nate. Nate worked with us from the initial diagnosis, to the final repairs. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and all around great work ethic. Nate even took it upon himself to call and check on things the following day to make sure everything was running properly and we were pleased with his service. AA plus Nate, they have a great employee working for them!!!!

The team installed a new boiler system and radiators though out the house and electrical heat on our third floor. The team was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Country Suburban if you needs any services.

My furnace died on a Saturday in the middle of winter. Country suburban and their team went above and beyond to get my furnace replaced that day. It was no easy task considering my furnace is a hot water heater/boiler combo unit. Really appreciate their service & reasonable prices.
