Oil Furnaces
Our oil furnaces use no. 2 fuel oil burned in a sealed chamber to heat an exchanger. Just like gas furnaces, oil furnaces are rated by the Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) ratio, which is the percent of heat produced for every dollar of fuel consumed. AFUE ratings for oil furnaces start at 80% AFUE.
